Who we are
N400Tracker is published by AY TASARIM LLC, 3606 Enterprise Ave, Ste 200, Naples, FL 34104, USA ("we", "us"). Contact: info@n400tracker.com.
What we collect
Nothing. We do not collect names, email addresses, dates, travel history, device identifiers, location, analytics, crash reports or advertising identifiers. The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
Data you enter in the app
Your permanent resident date, trips, practice exam results and checklist progress are stored only in local storage on your own device. They are never sent to us or to anyone else. The app works fully offline.
If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it. We cannot recover it, because we never had a copy. Your device's own backup service (for example iCloud or Google device backup) may include app data under your settings with Apple or Google; that is between you and them.
Purchases
The optional Premium unlock is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The app only contacts the store to complete or restore the purchase. We never receive your payment card, name or email address. Apple and Google handle that information under their own privacy policies.
This website
n400tracker.com is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and to deliver the pages.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no data from anyone, including children.
Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar laws)
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete, and we do not sell or share personal information. You can still contact us at info@n400tracker.com with any privacy question and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before the change takes effect.
