Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These terms are an agreement between you and AY TASARIM LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using N400Tracker (the "app") you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play.
3. Premium purchase
- Premium Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription: there is no recurring charge, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel.
- Payment is processed by Apple or Google through your App Store or Google Play account.
- Premium can be restored on other devices signed in to the same store account using "Restore purchase" in the app.
- Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
4. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the app, or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it.
5. Informational tool, not legal advice
- N400Tracker is an informational tool. It does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security or any government agency.
- The app does not submit anything to any government system.
- Calculations are estimates based only on the information you enter. Confirm your eligibility with USCIS or a licensed immigration attorney before filing.
- Civics test answers can change after elections and appointments. Check current answers at uscis.gov/citizenship/testupdates.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the app, including filing dates or travel plans. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Store terms
If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where these terms conflict with it, Apple's terms apply as the minimum. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If you obtained the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Nothing here limits consumer rights you have under the laws of your country.
